It supports multiple messaging capabilities and operates in commercial temperature ranges (0°C to 70°C). The 28-TSOP package (11.80mm width) enables space-efficient PCB designs. Note: This part is marked obsolete by Nuvoton but remains available through PCX for legacy support.
