Gilles graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from the University of California, Riverside, and is responsible for the direction of PCX and overseeing the overall operations of the company.

His commitment to service and support is well known. He believes that ‘the buck stops with me’ and that accountability, accessibility, and creativity in being a supply solution partner are of paramount importance.

John McKay has been a leader in the electronics industry since 1991, making significant contributions across sales, management, executive leadership, and CEO roles. His extensive industry expertise, proven leadership, and consistent track record of success make him exceptionally well qualified to help lead PCX, Inc. into its next phase of growth in the electronics distribution market.

Throughout his career, John has built and led high-performing global distribution organizations that expanded market share, drove sustainable growth, and established companies as trusted partners to Fortune 500 OEM and EMS customers. His strategic vision, operational expertise, and ability to build lasting customer relationships position him to successfully guide PCX, Inc. as it continues to grow and strengthen its presence in the industry.

As Chief Financial Officer, Tom has over 25 years of experience in public accounting, working for firms ranging from mid-sized practices to the Big Four. Specializing in taxation and financial management, he puts those years of experience directly into the operations of PCX. Tom is a graduate of Sonoma State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management.

As VP of Quality & Operations, Ed is responsible for maintaining and improving our quality processes and ensuring our operations run as effectively and efficiently as possible. Our proprietary 67-step Star Quality Program is just one of the many PCX differences Ed helped to develop.

MJ brings over 20 years of international and domestic experience in accounting, business operations, A/R, and A/P. Her role ensures that all A/R, Payroll, RMA, and related business operations are current and held to the highest order of accountability and detail.

MJ has a unique ability to be powerfully effective in her duties and responsibilities and is a key member of the PCX team.
