Quality Systems

Orders are handled per our AS9120B, ESD ANSI S20.20, ISO 9001:2015, and IDEA Standard 1010B certified, 67-step quality inspection process. Our double-blind process insures that every order gets individually inspected twice at receipt and twice more at shipping (not including inspections at origin from the DCMA office). We also comply and ship/package to all FAR standards and procedures. Lastly we have been inspected and certified for 5961 and 5962 by DSCC.

Our team of inspectors are known and respected by the industry at large as the quality standard. As such NASA/JPL has invited PCX to participate in the QLF standards conference to present on our inspection processes. We have also spoken on quality assurance and inspection as a best-practices firm by the NDIA in Anaheim California and Baltimore MD. Our entire quality program is available for review to all Platinum-Vendor-Program™ as a value-add to the relationship.
