Organized as 8M x 8 bits, it delivers fast code-and-data storage over a standard SPI bus with Single I/O, Dual I/O, and Quad I/O support, plus Double Transfer Rate (DTR) operation, making it well suited to execute-in-place (XIP) and boot-storage applications. This variant is supplied in a compact TFBGA-24 ball-grid-array package.
