It operates from a 1.65V–2.0V supply and supports Standard SPI, Dual I/O, Quad I/O, and QPI interfaces, making it well suited to space- and power-constrained embedded designs that need fast code execution and reliable non-volatile storage. The device is supplied in an industry-standard SOP-8 208mil package with tape-and-reel packaging (the “R” suffix).
