The Kioxia TC58BYG0S3HBAI6JDH is a 1.8V, 1Gbit (1,107,296,256-bit) CMOS NAND E2PROM built on Kioxia’s single-level-cell (SLC) NAND technology with integrated error-correction logic (BENAND / embedded ECC). The device is organized as (2048 + 64) bytes x 64 pages x 1024 blocks, giving a 128M x 8 user array with a 2112-byte static page register. With on-chip ECC that corrects up to 8-bit read errors per 528 bytes, the part offloads error correction from the host controller, simplifying firmware and improving data integrity for long-life embedded designs.
This x8 serial-type NAND uses shared I/O pins for command, address and data, and supports Read, Reset, Auto Page Program, Auto Block Erase, Status Read, Page Copy and ECC Status Read operations. It is supplied in a compact 67-ball VFBGA package (P-VFBGA67-0608-0.80-001, 6 x 8 mm, 0.80 mm pitch), well suited to space-constrained industrial and embedded products.
