GD25LQ16EEIGR Overview

The GigaDevice GD25LQ16EEIGR is a 16Mbit (16,777,216-bit) low-voltage serial NOR flash memory from the GD25LQ “E Version” family. Organized as 2M x 8 (2,048 KByte), it operates from a single 1.65V to 2.1V supply and supports Standard SPI, Dual SPI, Quad SPI, and QPI interfaces. With clock frequencies up to 133 MHz, the device delivers Dual I/O data transfer rates up to 266 Mbit/s and Quad I/O / QPI rates up to 532 Mbit/s, and it supports eXecute-in-Place (XiP) operation to reduce instruction-fetch latency in embedded systems.

The “EEIGR” ordering suffix decodes as the E Version generation, USON8 (3x2mm, 0.45mm thickness) package (E), Industrial temperature grade -40°C to +85°C (I), Pb-Free + Halogen-Free Green package (G), and Tape-and-Reel packing (R).
