GD25B512MEBJRY – Serial NOR Flash – GigaDevice
The GigaDevice GD25B512MEBJRY is a 512 Mb (64 MB) 2.7V–3.6V SPI NOR Flash memory from the GD25B512ME family, supporting Quad I/O, QPI, and DTR operation in a TFBGA-24 package. Available now for RFQ at Pacific Component Xchange.
The GD25B512MEBJRY is a high-density 512 Mb (64 MB) Serial NOR Flash memory from GigaDevice’s GD25B512ME family. Operating from a standard 2.7V to 3.6V supply, it provides non-volatile code and data storage over the Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI), with support for Single I/O, Quad I/O, QPI, and Double Transfer Rate (DTR) modes. The device delivers clock frequencies up to 133 MHz in standard (x1/x4) operation and up to 90 MHz in x4 DTR mode, making it well suited to execute-in-place (XIP) and high-throughput firmware-storage applications.

Why Source GD25B512MEBJRY from Pacific Component Xchange
The GD25B512MEBJRY is marked Not Recommended for New Designs (NRND) by GigaDevice and has little to no authorized-distributor availability, which makes it a challenging part to secure through standard supply channels. Pacific Component Xchange is an independent distributor specializing in hard-to-find, allocated, and obsolete memory. We support both prototype and high-volume production quantities for this device.
Every order is backed by our commitment to authenticity and quality assurance, with inspection and testing processes designed to protect your production line from counterfeit risk. We ship globally and can support both prototype and high-volume production quantities. Because pricing on scarce memory fluctuates with market conditions, this part is offered on a Request-for-Quote (RFQ) basis. Submit an RFQ today for current pricing, lead time, and date-code availability on the GD25B512MEBJRY.
