The Xinluda XZ298N is a monolithic integrated dual full-bridge driver designed to accept standard TTL logic levels and drive inductive loads such as DC motors, bipolar stepping motors, relays, and solenoids. Functionally comparable to the classic L298-type driver, it integrates two power output stages in bridge configuration, allowing each bridge to drive a load in common or differential mode. An external sensing resistor on each bridge enables current control and protection. The XZ298N is supplied in a 15-lead ZIP (vertical) power package for through-hole mounting with heatsink capability; the same die is also offered in an HSOP20 surface-mount package (XL298P).
