The Xinluda XT336-2.5 is a precision 2.5V three-terminal shunt-regulator voltage reference (LM336-2.5 type) in a TO-92 package, featuring low 0.2Ω dynamic impedance, a wide 400µA–10mA operating current range, and an adjustable trim terminal.

The Xinluda XT336-2.5 is a monolithic precision 2.5V voltage reference that operates as a low-temperature-coefficient shunt regulator (zener) diode. Functionally equivalent to the industry-standard LM336-2.5 / 336-2.5 architecture, it delivers a stable 2.5V reference with very low 0.2Ω dynamic impedance and a third (ADJ) terminal that allows the reference voltage and temperature coefficient to be trimmed for optimum accuracy. The XT336-2.5 is supplied in a three-lead TO-92 plastic package and is the 0°C to +70°C commercial-temperature member of Xinluda’s XL236 / XL336 / XT336 reference family.

Because the device behaves as a shunt regulator, it can be used as either a positive or negative voltage reference and is easily biased from a 5V logic rail with a single series resistor, making it a convenient, low-cost building block wherever a stable 2.5V reference is required.
