The Xinluda XL2803A is a high-voltage, high-current 8-channel Darlington transistor array built from eight NPN Darlington pairs. Each channel can sink up to 500 mA and withstands output voltages up to 50 V, making it well suited to driving relays, solenoids, stepper motors, LED strings, incandescent lamps and other inductive or high-current loads directly from low-power logic. On-chip free-wheeling clamp diodes protect the driver when switching inductive loads, and TTL / 5 V CMOS-compatible inputs allow the device to interface directly with microcontrollers and standard logic. The XL2803A is a pin-for-pin ULN2803A-type drop-in replacement housed in a SOP-18 (300 mil) surface-mount package.
The XL2803A is a hard-to-find part with limited authorized-distributor stock. Pacific Component Xchange specializes in sourcing scarce and obsolete power-management ICs, driver arrays and optocouplers for production and maintenance needs. We help engineers and buyers secure authentic components when standard channels come up short, with rigorous authenticity and quality verification and worldwide shipping. Whether you need a single reel or volume quantities of the XL2803A, request a quote (RFQ) and our sourcing team will respond quickly with availability, lead time and pricing.
The XL2803A is an 8-channel high-voltage, high-current Darlington transistor array from Xinluda. It contains eight NPN Darlington pairs with integrated clamp diodes and TTL/5 V CMOS-compatible inputs, supplied in a SOP-18 package.
Yes. The XL2803A is a ULN2803A-type Darlington array and is pin-compatible with industry-standard ULN2803A drivers, making it a suitable drop-in replacement in many designs. Always confirm against your specific application requirements.
Each of the eight channels can sink up to 500 mA, and the outputs are rated for voltages up to 50 V (VCEO).
The XL2803A is offered in a SOP-18 (300 mil) surface-mount package and is RoHS compliant.
With integrated free-wheeling clamp diodes, the XL2803A is designed to drive inductive and high-current loads such as relays, solenoids, stepper motors, lamps and LED strings directly from logic-level signals.
The XL2803A has limited authorized-distributor availability. Pacific Component Xchange sources hard-to-find and obsolete components - submit an RFQ and our team will respond with availability, lead time and pricing.
