The XH2576-ADJ is an adjustable-output, 3A monolithic step-down (buck) switching regulator from Xinluda. It operates at a fixed 52 kHz frequency and integrates cycle-by-cycle current limiting and thermal shutdown in a TO-263-5 package.
The adjustable (ADJ) version provides an output voltage from approximately 1.23 V up to 37 V, set with two external resistors. The internal feedback reference is 1.23 V, and the input voltage range is 8 V to 40 V.
