The Xinluda XD74LS48 is a BCD-to-7-segment decoder/driver from the classic 74LS (Low-power Schottky TTL) logic family. It accepts a 4-bit binary-coded-decimal (8421) input and translates it into the corresponding seven-segment numeral pattern, making it a staple building block for digital displays. Unlike the open-collector 74LS47, the ’48 provides active-high outputs with internal pull-up resistors, allowing it to drive lamp buffers or common-cathode LED displays without external pull-up components.

The XD74LS48 is Xinluda's version of the standard 74LS48 BCD-to-7-segment decoder/driver. It converts a 4-bit binary-coded-decimal input into the seven-segment pattern needed to display the digits 0 through 9 on an LED display.
The 74LS48 (XD74LS48) has active-high outputs with internal pull-up resistors, suited to driving common-cathode LED displays or lamp buffers. The 74LS47 instead has active-low open-collector outputs for common-anode displays. They are not direct drop-in replacements for each other.
The Xinluda XD74LS48 is supplied in a 16-pin DIP (DIP-16) through-hole package and is RoHS compliant.
