XD567 – Tone Decoder / PLL – Xinluda
The Xinluda XD567 is a general-purpose phase-locked-loop (PLL) tone decoder in a DIP-8 package, functionally compatible with the classic NE567/LM567. It provides a saturated transistor-to-ground output when an in-band input tone is detected.
The Xinluda XD567 is a general-purpose tone decoder (phase-locked loop) supplied in a through-hole DIP-8 package. It is functionally compatible with the industry-standard NE567/LM567, making it a convenient option for legacy and new tone-detection designs. The device contains in-phase (I) and quadrature (Q) detectors driven by a voltage-controlled oscillator (VCO) that sets the decoder center frequency. When an input signal falls within the decoder passband, the XD567 drives a saturated transistor switch to ground, producing a logic-compatible output. Center frequency, bandwidth, and output delay are each set independently using a few inexpensive external resistors and capacitors. The pin-for-pin SOP-8 (SOIC) surface-mount version is offered by Xinluda as the XL567.

Why Source XD567 from Pacific Component Xchange
The XD567 is a niche, regionally manufactured tone decoder with little to no authorized-distributor stock outside of a handful of Asian marketplaces, which makes it difficult to source reliably for production runs and legacy maintenance. Pacific Component Xchange specializes in hard-to-find and obsolete power-management ICs, interface ICs, and optocouplers. We help engineers and buyers secure the XD567 and equivalent NE567/LM567-class decoders through our global supplier network, with authenticity verification and worldwide shipping. Because this is a request-for-quote item, pricing and lead time are confirmed per order. Request a fast RFQ today and our sourcing team will return availability, dating, and a firm quote for the quantity you need.
