The Xinluda XD54562 is an 8-channel high-voltage, high-current Darlington transistor array housed in a through-hole DIP-18 package. As a classic sink-driver array, it provides eight independent driver channels that translate low-level logic signals into the higher current and voltage levels needed to switch inductive and resistive loads.
