The Xinluda XD4053 is a CMOS triple 2-channel analog multiplexer/demultiplexer that contains three independent single-pole, double-throw (SPDT) analog switches. Functionally equivalent to the industry-standard CD4053B, it is digitally controlled and combines low ON-impedance with very low OFF-state leakage, making it well suited for routing both analog and digital signals across the full supply-voltage range. Each of the three switches is steered by its own control input, with a common inhibit (enable) pin to disable all channels.
The Xinluda XD4053 is a China-market analog switch with limited authorized-distributor presence in Western supply chains. Pacific Component Xchange is an independent distributor specializing in obsolete and hard-to-source power-management ICs, analog switches, and optocouplers. We help engineers and buyers secure scarce, end-of-life, and allocation-constrained components with rigorous authenticity verification and global shipping.
Because the XD4053 is offered on a Request-For-Quote basis, pricing and lead time are confirmed per order. Submit an RFQ to Pacific Component Xchange for current availability, quantity pricing, and date codes. Our sourcing team will respond quickly with verified stock options so you can keep your build on schedule.

Yes. The XD4053 is pin-for-pin compatible with the CD4053 / HCF4053 / MC14053 family and shares the same triple SPDT function and DIP-16 pinout, making it a drop-in alternative in most designs. Always confirm electrical parameters against your application from the datasheet.
The XD4053 operates from a 3.0 Vdc to 18 Vdc supply, with an analog signal voltage range (VDD minus VEE) of 3.0 V to 18 V.
This listing covers the XD4053 in a DIP-16 through-hole package. Contact Pacific Component Xchange if you need to confirm availability of other package variants.
Yes. The XD4053 employs break-before-make switching, which disconnects one channel before connecting the next to prevent momentary channel overlap. Its control inputs also include triple diode protection.
