The Xinluda XD2804 is a high-voltage, high-current driver IC comprised of eight NPN Darlington pairs in a single 18-pin dual in-line (DIP-18) package. Functionally equivalent to the industry-standard ULN2804, it integrates free-wheeling clamp diodes on every output, making it ideal for switching inductive loads such as relays, solenoids, stepper motors, and lamps. The XD2804 input stage is specified for 6 V to 15 V CMOS/PMOS-type logic, allowing it to be driven directly from many microcontroller and logic outputs.
