The Xinluda XD2804 is a high-voltage, high-current driver IC comprised of eight NPN Darlington pairs in a single 18-pin dual in-line (DIP-18) package. Functionally equivalent to the industry-standard ULN2804, it integrates free-wheeling clamp diodes on every output, making it ideal for switching inductive loads such as relays, solenoids, stepper motors, and lamps. The XD2804 input stage is specified for 6 V to 15 V CMOS/PMOS-type logic, allowing it to be driven directly from many microcontroller and logic outputs.
The Xinluda XD2804 has little to no authorized-distributor stock, making it a challenge to source through conventional channels. Pacific Component Xchange specializes in hard-to-find and obsolete power-management and interface ICs, helping engineers and procurement teams secure the exact parts their builds depend on. Every order is backed by our commitment to authenticity and quality, with inspection and traceability to protect against counterfeit risk.
Whether you need a single tube for a prototype run or volume quantities for production, our global sourcing network and worldwide shipping get the XD2804 to you fast. Request a quote (RFQ) today and let our sourcing specialists confirm availability, lead time, and pricing for your requirement.
The XD2804 is a high-voltage, high-current octal Darlington transistor array from Xinluda. It contains eight NPN Darlington driver pairs with integral clamp diodes in a DIP-18 package, and is functionally equivalent to the industry-standard ULN2804.
Each of the eight outputs sustains up to 50 V (minimum) and can sink up to 500 mA of continuous output current, with a typical output saturation voltage of about 1.3 V.
The XD2804 is a ULN2804-type octal Darlington array with the same 8-channel, 50 V / 500 mA architecture, integral clamp diodes, and 6 V to 15 V CMOS/PMOS-type inputs in a DIP-18 package. Always confirm pinout and electrical parameters against your application's datasheet requirements before substitution.
The XD2804 is specified for a 6 V to 15 V input voltage range (CMOS/PMOS-type logic), allowing it to be driven directly from many microcontroller and logic outputs. Note the related XD2803 is the 5 V (TTL) input version of the same family.
The XD2804 is supplied in an 18-pin DIP (DIP-18) through-hole package, typically shipped in tubes.
The Xinluda XD2804 has limited authorized-distributor availability. Pacific Component Xchange specializes in sourcing hard-to-find and obsolete components, offering authenticity assurance and global shipping. Submit an RFQ to confirm current stock, lead time, and pricing.
