The XD2002 from Xinluda is a seven-channel high-voltage, high-current NPN Darlington transistor array in a DIP-16 package, rated for 50 V output and 500 mA per channel with integrated output clamp diodes for driving inductive loads.

The XD2002 is a high-voltage, high-current Darlington transistor array manufactured by Xinluda (Shenzhen Xinluda Information Technology Co., Ltd.). It integrates seven NPN Darlington pairs, each with a high-voltage output and a common-cathode clamp diode that makes the part ideal for switching inductive loads such as relays, solenoids and stepper-motor windings. Functionally similar to the industry-standard ULN2003-type family, the XD2002 is supplied in a through-hole DIP-16 package.

Each input incorporates a Zener diode in series with a resistor, holding the input drive current to a safe limit and allowing the device to interface directly with common logic families. The seven outputs can be paralleled where higher current-handling capability is required.
