The Winbond W25Q16JVSSSQ is a 16M-bit (2,097,152-byte) Serial NOR Flash memory from the Winbond 25Q SpiFlash family. Designed for systems with limited space, pins and power, it delivers code-storage and data-storage capability with a high-performance Standard/Dual/Quad SPI interface, making it well suited to code shadowing to RAM and execute-in-place (XIP) operation directly from Dual/Quad SPI. The device operates from a single 2.7V to 3.6V supply and is offered in an 8-pin SOIC 208-mil (wide-body) package (Package Code SS).
