The Winbond W25N04KVZEIRS is a 4Gbit serial SLC NAND Flash memory from Winbond’s W25N KV-series QspiNAND family. It pairs the high density and low cost of NAND technology with a simple SPI-compatible serial interface, making it ideal for code storage and data logging in space-constrained, pin-limited embedded designs.
