The Toshiba TLP350H is a single-channel IGBT/MOSFET gate drive photocoupler with a +/-2.5 A peak totem-pole output and 3750 Vrms isolation in a DIP8 package, ideal for inverter and motor-drive gate-drive stages.

The Toshiba TLP350H is a high-performance gate drive photocoupler designed to switch small- to medium-capacity IGBTs and power MOSFETs. It pairs a GaAlAs infrared LED with an integrated high-speed photodetector IC to deliver a peak output current of +/-2.5 A from a totem-pole output stage capable of both sourcing and sinking current. With 3750 Vrms isolation and an internal Faraday shield for strong common-mode noise rejection, the TLP350H is well suited to noisy industrial power-conversion environments.
