The Toshiba TLP350H is a high-performance gate drive photocoupler designed to switch small- to medium-capacity IGBTs and power MOSFETs. It pairs a GaAlAs infrared LED with an integrated high-speed photodetector IC to deliver a peak output current of +/-2.5 A from a totem-pole output stage capable of both sourcing and sinking current.
