The Toshiba TLP2761(TP,E) is a high-speed, single-channel logic-output optocoupler (photocoupler) that pairs a high-output GaAlAs infrared LED with an integrated high-gain, high-speed photodetector IC. Housed in a compact 6-pin SO6L surface-mount package, it delivers a 15 Mbps data rate with a totem-pole (inverter logic) output, making it well suited to isolated digital interfacing where signal integrity and tight propagation delay matter.

An internal Faraday shield gives the TLP2761 a common-mode transient immunity of plus/minus 20 kV/us, while reinforced isolation provides a 5000 Vrms (60 second) isolation rating.
