XD3526 – PWM Switching Regulator Controller – Xinluda

The Xinluda XD3526 is a voltage-mode PWM switching regulator controller in a DIP-18 package, functionally equivalent to the UC3526AN, supporting 7-35V operation and multiple power-supply topologies.

The Xinluda XD3526 is a high-reliability voltage-mode pulse-width-modulation (PWM) switching regulator controller supplied in an 18-pin DIP package. It is offered as a cost-effective, functional equivalent to the industry-standard UC3526AN, making it a practical second-source option for legacy and current isolated switching power-supply designs. A companion SOP-18 variant is offered under the part number XL3526.

Built around a temperature-compensated reference and sawtooth oscillator, the XD3526 integrates dual low-impedance power drivers, programmable soft-start, undervoltage lockout, and digital current limiting, allowing it to drive a wide range of isolated and non-isolated converter topologies with minimal external circuitry.
