The Xinluda XD2981 is an 8-channel high-voltage, high-current source driver array in a DIP-18 package, designed to switch high-power loads from logic-level TTL, CMOS, or PMOS control signals.

The Xinluda XD2981 is an 8-channel high-voltage, high-current source driver array built to switch high-power loads directly from logic-level control signals. Functionally equivalent to the classic UDN2981/ULN2981 source-driver family, the XD2981 accepts inputs from 5V TTL as well as 5V to 15V CMOS or PMOS logic and sources current to grounded loads, making it a convenient interface between low-power controllers and high-current actuators, lamps, relays, and display elements. The XD2981 is supplied in an 18-pin plastic DIP package (the XL2981 is the equivalent 18-lead wide SOP variant).
