The XD2004 from Xinluda is a monolithic high-voltage, high-current Darlington transistor array containing seven NPN Darlington pairs. It is a member of the industry-standard ULN200x family and is functionally comparable to the ULN2004A. Each of the seven outputs is rated for up to 500 mA of collector current and includes a common-cathode clamp diode, making the device ideal for driving inductive loads such as relays, solenoids, stepper motors, and lamps.
The XD2004 variant integrates a 10.5 kΩ series base resistor on each input, allowing the device to be driven directly from CMOS and PMOS logic. The CMOS supply range is 6 V to 15 V, and the device is also specified for use with 14 V to 25 V PMOS devices. High-voltage outputs rated to 50 V and an extended -40°C to +85°C operating range make it well suited to industrial control and interface applications.
The Xinluda XD2004 has limited authorized-distributor availability, which can stall production runs and repairs. Pacific Component Xchange specializes in sourcing hard-to-find and end-of-life power-management ICs, logic, and discrete arrays like the XD2004. We support legacy designs and high-volume builds alike with rigorous authenticity and inspection processes, helping you avoid counterfeit risk on the open market.
Submit an RFQ for the XD2004 today and our team will respond with confirmed availability, lead time, and pricing. We ship globally and can supply the DIP-16 package to match your bill of materials.
The XD2004 is a seven-channel high-voltage, high-current Darlington transistor array from Xinluda. It belongs to the ULN200x family and is functionally comparable to the ULN2004A, with integrated output clamp diodes for driving inductive loads.
The XD2004 is a ULN2004-type device. Like the ULN2004A, it includes a 10.5 ku03a9 series base resistor per input, which makes it suitable for direct interfacing with CMOS and PMOS logic rather than TTL. Always confirm pin-for-pin compatibility against your design's datasheet.
Each of the seven outputs is rated for a collector current of 500 mA and a high-voltage output capability of up to 50 V. Outputs can be paralleled to handle higher currents.
The XD2004 is offered in a DIP-16 through-hole package. Pacific Component Xchange can supply this part to match your bill of materials.
It is widely used as a relay, solenoid, motor, lamp, and display driver, as well as for hammer drives, logic buffering, and line driving in industrial and automation interface circuits.
Yes. The XD2004 has limited authorized-distributor stock, and Pacific Component Xchange specializes in sourcing hard-to-find and obsolete components. Submit an RFQ and we will respond with confirmed availability, lead time, and pricing, with global shipping available.
