The XL4067-SS is a 16-channel digitally controlled analog multiplexer/demultiplexer manufactured by Xinluda (Xinluda Information Technology Co., Ltd.). It selects one of sixteen single-ended analog or digital channels using four binary address inputs (A through D) plus an inhibit/enable input, with internal address decoding, making it functionally compatible with the industry-standard CD4067 / CD74HC4067 family. The “-SS” suffix denotes the surface-mount SSOP-24 package, the same die also being offered in SOP-24 (XL4067) and TSSOP-24 (XL4067TS) variants.
