The Xinluda XL2803A is an 8-channel, 50 V / 500 mA NPN Darlington transistor array with integrated free-wheeling clamp diodes and TTL/5 V CMOS-compatible inputs, supplied in a SOP-18 package. It is a pin-compatible ULN2803A-type driver for inductive and high-current loads.

The Xinluda XL2803A is a high-voltage, high-current 8-channel Darlington transistor array built from eight NPN Darlington pairs. Each channel can sink up to 500 mA and withstands output voltages up to 50 V, making it well suited to driving relays, solenoids, stepper motors, LED strings, incandescent lamps and other inductive or high-current loads directly from low-power logic. On-chip free-wheeling clamp diodes protect the driver when switching inductive loads, and TTL / 5 V CMOS-compatible inputs allow the device to interface directly with microcontrollers and standard logic. The XL2803A is a pin-for-pin ULN2803A-type drop-in replacement housed in a SOP-18 (300 mil) surface-mount package.
