Each channel integrates a low-resistance high-side switch with an integrated charge pump, soft-start, overcurrent limiting, short-circuit protection, thermal shutdown, and an active fault-status flag, making it a compact, self-protecting solution for downstream power management.

Operating from a 2.7V to 5.5V input, the XL2026-1 provides a minimum continuous current of 500mA per channel with a maximum on-resistance of 140mO per channel. A 3ms deglitch filter on the fault flag suppresses false fault assertions during normal transient events, while reverse-current blocking and undervoltage lockout protect both the source and the load.
