XL13700 – Operational Transconductance Amplifier (OTA) – Xinluda
The Xinluda XL13700 is a dual operational transconductance amplifier (OTA) in a SOP-16 package, functionally equivalent to the industry-standard 13700-series. Available for RFQ from Pacific Component Xchange.
The XL13700 from Xinluda is a dual operational transconductance amplifier (OTA) supplied in a 16-pin small-outline (SOP-16) package. It belongs to the well-known 13700-series of current-controlled transconductance amplifiers and is a functional equivalent of the classic LM13700. Each device integrates two independent transconductance amplifiers with differential inputs and push-pull outputs, sharing common supply pins. Built-in linearizing diodes reduce output distortion and allow higher input signal levels, while integrated high-impedance buffer amplifiers complement the dynamic range of the OTA stages. The companion through-hole variant is the XD13700 (DIP-16).
Key Features
- Dual operational transconductance amplifier (two independent channels)
- Transconductance (gm) adjustable over 6 decades via the amplifier bias current
- Excellent gm linearity
- Excellent matching between the two amplifiers
- On-chip linearizing diodes for reduced output distortion
- Integrated high-impedance buffer amplifiers
- High output signal-to-noise ratio (10 dB S/N improvement referenced to 0.5% THD)
- Buffer input bias currents independent of the amplifier bias current (IABC)
- Operating temperature range: 0 C to +70 C
- SOP-16 surface-mount package
Applications
- Voltage-controlled amplifiers (VCAs) and gain control
- Voltage-controlled filters and analog synthesizers
- Sample-and-hold and multiplexer circuits
- Modulators, multipliers and audio signal processing
- Automatic gain control (AGC) loops
Why Source XL13700 from Pacific Component Xchange
The XL13700 is a niche, hard-to-find OTA with little to no authorized-distributor availability, making it difficult to procure through conventional channels. Pacific Component Xchange specializes in sourcing scarce, end-of-life, and allocation-constrained signal-chain and power-management components like the XL13700. Every part we supply is inspected for authenticity to protect your build against counterfeit and substandard components, and we ship globally to support production lines, prototype runs, and obsolete-system maintenance. Whether you need a handful of pieces or volume quantities, submit an RFQ to Pacific Component Xchange for current availability, lead time, and pricing on the XL13700.
