Built on Infineon’s 65 nm MirrorBit technology, it pairs a single-supply 1.8 V operating range with a high-throughput SPI Multi-I/O interface, making it well suited to code-shadowing, execute-in-place (XIP), and reprogrammable data storage in space- and power-constrained systems. This ordering option is an automotive-grade (AEC-Q100 Grade 2) device organized as 64M x 8.
