The SK Hynix H9HP27ADAMADAR-KMM is an embedded Multi-Chip Package (eMCP) that integrates managed NAND flash storage and low-power mobile DRAM into a single space-saving device. It pairs a 32GB eMMC 5.1 (x8) flash subsystem with 24Gb (3GB) LPDDR4X (x16, 2-channel / 2-chip-select) DRAM, delivering both storage and working memory in one FBGA-254 package ideal for compact mobile and IoT designs.

The eMMC side is fully eMMC 5.1 compliant (backward compatible with eMMC 5.0 and 4.5) and supports HS400 for bus speeds up to 400 MB/s, while the LPDDR4X die operates at a 3733 Mbps data rate (DDR4-3733). This part is RoHS-compliant and Lead & Halogen Free.
