The GD25LT256EY2GR is a member of GigaDevice’s GD25LT256E high-performance serial NOR Flash family. It is a 256 Mbit (32 MByte) low-voltage device operating from a 1.65 V to 2.0 V (1.8 V nominal) supply, built on a uniform-sector architecture for code-storage and execute-in-place (XIP) workloads that demand fast boot and high read throughput. The device supports the standard Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI) along with Quad SPI and Quad SPI Double Transfer Rate (DTR) operation.

With a maximum clock frequency of 166 MHz (x1/x4) and 200 MHz in x4 DTR mode, the GD25LT256E delivers data throughput of up to 200 MB/s, making it well suited to instant-on display, high-speed download, and demanding embedded boot applications.
