The GigaDevice GD25LQ80EE2GR is an 8M-bit (1,024 KB) serial NOR flash memory from the GD25LQ “E” family, optimized for low-voltage 1.8V operation. It communicates over a Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI) bus and supports Standard, Dual, and Quad SPI plus QPI modes, delivering fast random access for code-shadowing and data-storage applications in space-constrained, battery-powered designs. The device is supplied in a compact USON-8 (3x2mm) package with Pb-free, halogen-free green construction on tape and reel.
