The device supports a full range of serial interfaces including Standard SPI (Single I/O), Dual I/O, Quad I/O, QPI mode, and Double Transfer Rate (DTR), delivering clock frequencies up to 166 MHz in x1/x2/x4 modes and 104 MHz in x4 DTR mode. The LIGR order code is supplied in a wafer-level chip-scale (WLCSP) package and is offered across GigaDevice’s industrial temperature grades.
