The GD25LB256EBARY is a 256 Mbit (32 MByte) serial NOR flash memory from GigaDevice, part of the GD25LB256E family in the GD25/GD55 1.8V SPI NOR flash portfolio. It operates from a low 1.65V to 2.0V supply and supports Standard SPI, Dual SPI, Quad SPI, QPI, and Double Transfer Rate (DTR) interfaces, making it well suited to code-shadow (XIP) and data-storage roles in compact, power-sensitive designs. This variant is supplied in a space-saving TFBGA-24 (5×5 ball array) package with a dedicated RESET# pin, shipped in tray.
